My order has been done, what happen after ?

After choose and pay your order :
- You will be redirect after 10 seconds to a webpage to remember this terms and about the delivery time.
- If you have questions or leave before to see this page, feel free to contact us for verification. Please, when you contact us, tell us your name, surname, number od your order and the date of your order.

How long time will I receive my order ?

Your order will be treat from Thailand for give you the best products and prices. Delivery times are between 7 to 15 days on average. If the order does not arrive within 20 working days, thank you to contact us before you contact Paypal.

What payment methods can I use?

• Paypal, which is the best way to pay online and very secure
• On Request only : Western Union or Bank Transfer

I want to cancel my order:

To cancel your order, the following conditions must be met:
- The article should in no way be already part of our warehouses.
The application must be made within 12 hours after ordering.

I have not received my package:

If delivery times are exceeded and you have not received your package, please contact us by providing your name, email address and your order number by Paypal. An investigation will be conducted, if it leads to the loss of the package, you can get a refund or new item. People who contact us after 90 days from the date of order, will have their applications rejected.
